Hi, I’m Anna - a filmmaker driven by a passion for visual storytelling. I’m drawn to film because it communicates what words often can’t. I have experience creating both short and long-form films across freelance, in-house, and independent projects, filming everything from events and travel to music and social impact stories. My recent work is especially rooted in dance and movement, which I use as a way to explore emotion, mental health, and human connection. Alongside client work, I create independent projects, including my own feature film “Unfit”. I am always looking to tell stories that feel honest, intimate, and human.

Creating a duet with these two has been an incredible process. I am fairly new to choreographing so it's SCARY, but we have a beautiful story that we want to tell. I'm really shit at words! Dance has been a beautiful way to tell stories without speaking, which is the foundation of another big project coming soon that has been keeping me up long nights with notebooks, moodboards, websites creations, dance videos watching (that part was great fun (until imposter syndrome hits)) Anywayyyy here's to creating, in whatever way you can, here's to the fools who dreams, to taking your broken heart and making it into art, and whatever quote you can think of that motivates you to put your stuff out there! Our Dance Video on the song "l'enfer" by @stromae is available to watch on YouTube (head to the link in my bio). This is mostly improvised on the spot by the amazing @deerodree We only planned some of the moves at the beginning and the end of each shot so we could try out some transitions. This clip was particularly challenging for me to film as it's a longer improvised sequence and I had no idea what Daniel was going to do, and it's my favourite part of the video!
